Our Process

At RoseSun, we strive to make the process of ordering window coverings as easy and efficient as possible. Below is the process we follow once you decide to make a purchase, as well as warranty information and our policy on free estimates.

Order Processing

When placing your order, we’ll follow the process outlined below:

  1. We will send you an order confirmation with pricing and specifications of your order.
  2. You will sign and fax/email the confirmation document to start the process.
  3. We will ask for a 50% deposit* to confirm the order and we’ll begin to create your customized window coverings.
  4. After the order is confirmed, we will proceed the order immediately. Lead time is 3-5 weeks, depending on what type of blinds/drapery you require.
  5. Warranty: 5 year warranty on all our products.
  • The first year this includes parts and labour.
  • Second to fifth year covers all parts, the labour is charged extra.

*Note: Due to the custom nature of your window coverings, this deposit is non-refundable.

Free Estimates

We will visit your home at no additional cost to provide a free in-home estimate for all projects that are:

  • three or more windows
  • large windows
  • and commercial projects
